Iliza Shlesinger
Iliza Vie Shlesinger born 22nd February 1983 is an American comedian as well as an actress, host of a television show as well as executive producer and screenwriter. She was the winner of NBC's Last Comic Standing and went to host the syndicated dating show Excused as well as the TBS game show Separation Anxiety.
Shlesinger hosted Truth and Iliza (Freeform) in 2017 as her own late-night talkshow. There are six Netflix comedy specials. Netflix has launched the sketch comedy series The Iliza Shlesinger sketch Show in April 2020.
Iliza Vie Shlesinger was born New York City to a Jewish family. [6] She was born in the city of New York to Jewish parents. The family relocated to Dallas when she was an infant. She attended Addison's private Greenhill School, Texas where she learned Spanish and was part of the school's improv group.
Shlesinger has performed on ComedySportz Dallas, and studied at the University of Kansas for her freshman year. She was also part of the cast in Semester at Sea. She transferred to Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts where she studied in film. She also honed writing and editing skills, and became a member of one of the campus's comedy sketch groups Jimmy's Traveling All Stars.

Shlesinger She graduated from college, moved to Los Angeles in order to explore stand-up comedy. She was one of the most well-known members of the Whiteboy Comedy group of standup comedians in Los Angeles, which brought her to the stage at The Improv in Hollywood.
